Unfortunately Dr Nicola Johnson will be leaving Oxshott Medical Practice and her last working day is Thursday 27th July 2017.  Dr Johnson is moving to a Medical Practice nearer home.  We wish her all the very best for the future and she will be missed by all of us here at Oxshott.  Dr Zara Hasafa will be our new GP Locum covering the majority of Dr Johnsons sessions and Dr Hasafa will be starting with us on Friday 4th August 2017.

Private Prescriptions 
Please be advised that prescriptions issued by a Private Consultant cannot be converted into NHS Prescriptions. You need to take your Private Presciption to a Chemist who will advise you of the charge. Even if this is high, we are not allowed by new NHS rules to issue them.

Flu Clinics

These clinics will be running from the end of September 2016 - exact dates will be announced nearer the time.  If you are eligible for a flu vaccination then please book an appointment as soon as possible or, if you are due to see your doctor or nurse from October onwards, ask for it to be done at the same time.

Ante-natal Clinics
These clinics are run with the Midwife every other Wednesday. Appointments can be made at reception.

Well Baby Clinics
These are held on a Tuesday afternoon from 1.00pm by appointment only. For an appointment, please telephone 0208 979 6464. Appointments can not be made at the Surgery. These are organised for routine health and developmental checks. Ill babies should not attend.

Immunisation - Children
Immunisation is undertaken by appointment with one of the practice nurses.

Polio, tetanus, or travel vaccinations are provided by the practice nurses by appointment.

Travel Health Advice
This is available from the practice nurse by appointment. Wherever possible please enquire 2-3 months before travel.

Cervical smears
These can be arranged by appointment with one of the practice nurses.
