FOOD BANK - We are now a drop off point for the food bank if you would like to make a donation to help local families in Oxshott and Cobham. Items required this month are tinned vegetables, tinned custard, tinned tomatoes, UHT milk, fruit juice or squash. Please ensure no food is out of date with a minimum 3 month expiry date. All donations are greatly appreciated.
These clinics will be running from the end of September 2016 - exact dates will be announced nearer the time. If you are eligible for a flu vaccination then please book an appointment as soon as possible or, if you are due to see your doctor or nurse from October onwards, ask for it to be done at the same time.

Ante-natal Clinics These clinics are run with the Midwife every other Wednesday. Appointments can be made at reception.
Well Baby Clinics These are held on a Tuesday afternoon from 1.00pm by appointment only. For an appointment, please telephone 0208 979 6464. Appointments can not be made at the Surgery. These are organised for routine health and developmental checks. Ill babies should not attend.
Immunisation - Children Immunisation is undertaken by appointment with one of the practice nurses.
Immunisation - Adults Polio, tetanus, or travel vaccinations are provided by the practice nurses by appointment.
Travel Health Advice This is available from the practice nurse by appointment. Wherever possible please enquire 2-3 months before travel.
Cervical smears These can be arranged by appointment with one of the practice nurses.
If you wish to contact us about test results or have queries on referrals or other general enquiries, please ring between 3:00pm - 5:00pm. Our phones are very busy just after 8am and 2pm so please avoid these times if at all possible.
